Hi just bought this a couple of months ago, loged on to tomtom home got the updated map of europe, and bought the petrol and speed cams, first it now does not show all the postcodes as the older map. Also I had a lot of trouble every time I update the thing it keeps giving me an error that it cannot save the rout, i have to flash the memory, check the tomtom hard disk though the pc and restore the maps before it works. Also the safety camera warning you can only specify one gatso and it does not shoe the mobiles Can I download the safty camera's and speech warning from here to my device, any help would be appriciated.

Hi nick789uk.
To answer your last question first - Yes, you can download and use the Safety Camera from here but lets try to get your TT functioning properly first.
There are many posts in this Forum on the following suggestions, so if you need extra instructions hit the "Search Button" above.
1) Back up up your TT onto your PC using Windows Explorer before you do anything else. It makes a full copy incase anything goes wrong you can get back to where you are now.
2) Check the root drive of your TT for a folder named "zip" (short for zip codes?) In here there should be 4 files, 2 for the Uk and 2 for Netherlands. Do you have these?
While you are doing this, other members may pop along with suggestions about your other problems. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

Check how much free storage space you have on the device. The software needs some space to save routing information. _________________ Paul |
