BTST Question

Sorry - If I am asking a question that may have been asked previously....

Is the BTST (http://www.speedcameralocator.com/) legal to use and does anyone have any experience of using it - from the point of view of its database accuracy.

It's legal to use but do a Google search on the device and the company and then draw your own conclusions!

I have the BTST Locator been using it for a couple of years now,works ok has the same updates as the Talex.I got mine second hand with lifetime updates,its not worth the money they are asking for it on their site you would be better off buying a Talex from Halfords now only £39

Got an email today fron Talex saying:

as of next week, the Talex with "BTST Updates"
is officially replacing the BTST Locator for good.
And if you already have a BTST Locator or another
Speed Camera Detector that you want to swap for a
Talex, then I'll have an upgrade deal for you in the
next week or so.

I wonder what deal they will offer if you had paid for lifetime updates,you can bet it will be give them the BTST & £69 for the Talex.

the talex is still advertised £127 on the talex site - that is s-o-m-e markup compared to Halfords £40.... Very Happy
