Hi
I submitted my first camera today and got an email saying I could send an email to request a car sticker. I did this, but now I have received an auto reply saying I need to put the request into your new tracking system. Is this correct? Obviously I am concerned about putting my name & address details into a ticket in case there is some public access.

There is no public access to the Support Contact Page.
The only people who have access to the information you give are the Admin Team. Nobody else, not even Moderators.

It is just a Form Filler that generates an email type, of which you can also receive a copy. The information contained is not held on a Web Page so Google cannot crawl all over it.
I have a much simpler version on my own Web Site used, mainly, to stop Spam. _________________ Richard

We'll look at this, it wasn't something we had considered and we never intended you would need to open a ticket for a sticker.

Sorry, did this issue get resolved? I also submitted a camera and then applied for my sticker via the address listed on the acknowledgement email, and then got told I needed to open a support ticket! I didn't do this as it seemed a bit daft, but I guess my request has now gone the way of the dodo - what should I do to get my sticker??!!
(PS, It was 7th August when I sent my request) |
