The app store implies there might be some price reductions on the sygic products this weekend.
Will be interesting to see how much.

I'm confused! If you select Sygic Europe in the app store from the list of top paid apps on the left, it says it will be on sale this weekend. But if you search for sygic and select the same app, there is no mention in the text!
If itunes was a browser I would think it was a cache problem. _________________ Alan - iPhone 5 64GB, with CamerAlert, TomTom Europe & CoPilot |

Oops... just had to hit that 'buy it' button. darn
Edit: I think 3 is my limit. All flawed in some way or other until the next latest and greatest version comes out. Of course, I may eat my words when TT comes out with a game-changing version... some year

Has anyone else noticed that the signpost background colours are the wrong way round?
When travelling on a motorway, the background colour is showing as green when it should be blue. When travelling on an A road, the background is showing as blue when it should be green. _________________ Alan - iPhone 5 64GB, with CamerAlert, TomTom Europe & CoPilot |

I found an odd thing with this yesterday.
I noticed that the motorway was badly congested. So after getting a route, I went into the route details page and clicked on the highlighted motorway icon and it asked me if I wanted to avoid motorways, so I said yes. It then recomputed the route avoiding motorways. That's the good bit.
The bad bit was when I restarted the app after making a phone call or adjusting my ipod music... it recomputed the route, and forgot that I'd said avoid motorways etc.
Just something to watch out for.
Edit: I've reported this as a bug. They seem pretty responsive to feedback.
