|
|
Hi All
We went down to Druisillas Park near Eastbourne last week and had a couple of strange "instruction" graphics on a number of the roundabouts...
I had 3 of them with the main white direction arrow going off to 1 o'clock but also greyed out arrows at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock.....
If I can do a screenshot I will.......any ideas? |

Its a new 'feature' on this version of maps. Its to do with the lane guidance. Tells you which lane is going to which direction, so i believe! _________________ Tomtom GO 1005 LIVE

It's ironic, I think that NO Canadian roads have ALG and I would **kill** for that feature to be included in our maps. Hiding the lane images only stops the Reality View screens from popping up now and then; I don't think it stops the ALG arrows from showing. _________________ David |

From the "Change Preferences" menu pages, if you click "Status Bar Preferences" you may have the option of deselecting the "Show Lane Guidance" tick box. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

Thanks for the response folks......must admit it did look weird....I'm sure all 3 symbols showed the same at one of the roundabouts (which would be fun as it was the 3rd turning!!!!).

The lane guidance arrows are fairly useful, but there are certainly quite a few bizarre ones around.
I always report them via mapshare or an email to TT when I come across one like yours. |
