|
|
Early last year I bought an HP iPaq rx5935 and I've been very happy with it. Now my daughter would like one but they don't seem to be available anymore. Could anyone give a recommendation for an alternative, please?
The rx5935 is a 'full blown' Pocket PC and has:
- TomTom 6 for Europe built in
- GPS antenna (of course..)
- WiFi
- Bluetooth
- Earphone jack,
- SD Card reader and everything that every other Windows Mobile device seems to have.
I thought it would have been an incredible success but apparently not. Anyway, any recommendations, please? |

Hi
Try having a look at Mio. I have used a couple of these, and they seem pretty good. (168 & P350)
The models I have used are basic, but they do make other more fancier ones.
Good luck |

Thanks for that. I haven't looked at Mio in years and they had slipped my mind - I'll take a look at their site now. |

Try the Asus a696 which is an excellent alrounder and includes wifi, solid stainless steel case plus wm6 so will run virtually anything, although last time i looked still shown on asus site but seems hard to get, did notice one on fleabay a couple of weeks ago, but cetainly still pleased with mine. _________________ Moto G5s Plus, Sygic 17.4.8 |

OK, thanks for that. I just had a look around and I can't see that they still manufacture classic PDAs so maybe a secondhand model might be an idea. |
