Hi,
My nuvi 250 does not pick up satellite signals.
I have placed it outside in open areas for an hour now but no signalls received.
Is there a problem with the satellite this morning or is it my device?
Thanks |

Its going to be your device not the GPS system otherwise the forum would have 1000s of complaints, if its a new device take it back and exchange it - Mike |

I bought it about six months ago.
Should it still be returned?
Thanks |

Try a reset first. Note you may lose user data and settings.
With the unit off, hold your finger firmly on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and switch on. Hold your finger down until you get a message asking if you want to reset user data (or similar) and say Yes. Try again. Satellite fix may take up to 15 minutes. |
