I have carefully read the instructions for installing the files on a 930T.
On its hard disk there is a folder "Western_and_Central_Europe" and "North_America" but no folder for "UK & RoI", or anything like it.
I note that PGPSW OV2s for Europe do not include UK & RoI - were do I install the PGPSW files for UK, in the W&C Europe folder?

The files go in your map folder, the name of that folder will depend on what maps your device has. As you have US and Europe maps, UK and Europe POIs go in the Western_and_Central_Europe folder

Yes. Europe files are separate as they are in KPH and UK is in MPH but both would go in the Western_and_Central_Europe folder. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Thanks Darren
UK files seem to have installed OK - but I am having problems with the Europe files, when trying to unzip I get a "divide by zero" error.
I have tried re-downloading more than once but still get the same error.
TIA.

Which database are you downloading?
PC or Mac?
What software to unzip / extract?
Just tried both Speed Zoned and Consolidated on a PC with 7-Zip and both opened ok. |

Thanks Paul
HP Compaq PC Windows XPP SP2
PGPSW-Speed-Cams-xxxxx.zip
Eazy-Zip 2000 which I have used for years, and which unzipped the UK file OK.

No need for 7-ZIP or anything else. Windows XP can read ZIP files all by itself. I have never used any third party zip programs to read or create basic zip archives. |

True. I think the instructions on this website do assume you are using the built in extractor, however i was just confirming waht worked for me.
I'm assuming that as, after 2 and half days, we've not heard from NJSS that all is now well... |

Sorry not to have responded earlier - been away for the weekend.
UK database seems to work OK, Europe appears to have loaded, and not conflict with UK, so all appears well.
Thanks for your help
Enjoy the good weather.
