TT Home / 530 Go: Can not operate device from home

Trying to use TT Home's operate my go function and all I get is: You cannot use this feature as it is not supported on this device".

TT Home version is 2.6.4.1641, device is running 8.351... any ideas?

Your TT Home version looks wrong. I have Navcore 8.351 and TT Home 2.6.2.1856.

Try reinstalling TT Home from the TT web site.

Downloaded from TT website and it works now, thanks.

Version number is still as I reported earlier though so pass....

Strange, normally TT Home tells me when there is a TT Home update. Confused

Checked and DHN is correct, TT offered me 2.6.3.1609. That is now installed and everything is still working.

I had the latest version of home 2.6.3.1609 and checked for a latest update through home, it said I had the latest version. But I have just downloaded the latest version from the TT website, and now i have version 2.6.4.1641!

How bizarre!

Same here so they have probably not updated the "home" site to download it yet then, again not too bizarre for TomTom.
