I heard a rumour that PGPSW were developing an iPhone app. Do you have any further information on this, as I would like to buy it! |

We're very nearly there. Just awaiting the delivery of our new branding logo and then we'll be looking to package the app and submit to the appstore. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I could well be interested in this. I'm currently running iPhone OS v3.0 which has several improvements over the current public release but unfortunately no option yet to run selected apps in the background. |

We're also running beta5 OS3.0 here, testing compatibility with our app currently. _________________ Darren Griffin |

How are you finding the accuracy of the iPhone GPS when used in a moving car? I've tested it several times with Google Maps and it does seem to perform quite well despite some comments I've read elsewhere which suggest otherwise.
3.0b5 has proved to be the most reliable so far, not so many low memory issues now. |

It's acceptable but not great although the latest beta has greatly improved it. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Excellent. Any idea when you will be submitting the app to Apple for approval and have you decided on a price? |

That's as good a time as any
I'll be sure and purchase it when you do. Roll on WWDC for some 3.0 answers. |

any update? I need something that will use PGPSW data as I have bought a 2010 Honda and the OEM satnav won't accept POIs in bulk as fas as I can work out. |

Final user testing with the Release Candidate is almost complete. Then we'll submit to Apple.
The app will be charged for but if you have a subscription you will be able to use that to get updates and will not need an additional sub. _________________ Darren Griffin |
