redspeed cameras are in the gatso fileset so will alert in the same way as the gatso files: speed zoned = speed limit icon on map, consolidated = gatso/speed cam icon on map.
regardless of type you will get a speed warning. this is a feature of garmin's poi handling.

the pocketgpsworld.com database puts REDSPEED (i.e. prosecutes for both redlight and speed offences) cameras in with the 'GATSO' file so that if you use the speed zoned database you will get an icon of the speed at the camera.
REDLIGHT cameras have only a single icon regardless of what speed is set in the file. the garmin only warns of a speed for the redlight because of the way poi loader handles speeds within the files.
that any clearer?
