Camera Manager downloads and instals a treat but keeps reporting that i'm not logged on to GPS World - even if I'm running the site on I.E.!
I'm obviously doing something wrong..... |

Do you have a Firewall such as ZoneAlarm installed? |

Not that I'm aware of - but I'm running Vista and it's too clever for it's own good! |

I'd try logging out of PGPSW website, close IE and Camera Manager. Then open IE and log in again, then try CM. If that doesn't work try again but flush all Temp files and Cookies. Ask if you need a guide. |

Tried that - didn't make any difference.
In the directories tab there is no info displayed except the POI directory (which I entered) |

Did CM ever ask for permission for access through the Windows Firewall?
Can you try switching the firewall off?
Instructions
Can you check CM has permission for access?

Thanks for your help! - I checked that CM has permission, but really don't want to disable the firewall....
Anyway - still no joy.... |

Great application - makes life so much easier! Also like the automatic updates download however, I live in Australia and it downloads the UK version for me...! Any advice please. I have always downloaded the Aussie one before using CM?
Regards

Just wondering if anyone can help with this. I've got a paid for version of CM and I'm sure somewhere in the latest version it was mentioned that on overspeed you can tell CM to simply bong rather than repeat the voice prompt. Any ideas how you do that please?
I have CM giving me voice prompts on approach without any problem, but I don't want it to tell me again when I'm at overspeed, a simple reminder bong, or several bongs until I'm below the speed would be much more comfortable. I got the message and speed limit on the first warning!
Thanks in advance. |
