My TMC receiver was working fine until I updated the software on my TTGO 520T 2 weeks ago. Now the receiver is not recognised. I've tried deleting the 'gsndata' file and re-trying it. No joy.
I upgraded to App 8.302, that's when the problem started. I now have a TTGO 520 (minus the 'T'). ARRRGGHH!
Why do TT do this? Do they have a special training centre where their techy's are trained to solve one thing and then bugg*r up 3 other things in the process?
I've never know a product cause so much grief (and I used to own a Logitech 'Wireless DJ').
Can anyone offer any advice. Would be most grateful. _________________ Andy
Does the TT910 work with this RDS-TMC?
The reason I ask this is that on the TT website it doesnt show the 910 as being on the list of compatible devices. I just want to check before looking at getting one.

The 910 will only work with the RDS-TMC device equipped with the round plug, the mini USB style receiver will not connect to the 910 dock so make sure you get the correct one - The one you want has a part number ending with .013 and is egg shaped - Mike
I have a go720T with latest software and the vast majority of the time it connects fine and usually displays traffic issues along my route (A92). What really annoys me is the fact that planned traffic problems such as a diversion this morning aren't broadcast over tmc. So fundamentally even if you can receive the data, its wrong anyway.
