I have just purchased a Navigon 2150 max at Halfords and I'm having problems understanding how I can add POI's to this GPS.
I have searched this site, which suggests that I need POI Warner. Has anybody been able to do this for the 2150 max and if so can you please identify how this can be done. |

I can't help much at the moment, but I see you haven't had any responses, so something may be better than nothing for the mo
You have obviously seen that there are several 2150max/POI-Warner threads which mention POIs, but not any which really show that POI-Warner worked ok on your unit. I don't see why it shouldn't - it is listed in the supplier (navigating.de)'s download list and is the same one as for the 8110, which I have and it works fine. But in MikeS48 says he has a problem, though he hasn't yet said what it is.
You might like to look at the threads already running on the topic again and post on one of them - you may get a decent answer then!
BTW Navigon have suggested to me recently that they may be introducing a direct POI-input facility at some point 'soon' (at least on the 8110), but obviously that's no guarantee
You may like to check with Navigon and navigating.de as well as seeing what people here say. I assume you are not too desperate for a quick resolution _________________ David

David,
Thanks for your response. I have emailed questions to both Navigon and navigating.de, but to date have had no response from either. I could'nt find anything specific about the 2150 max on the navigating.de website, if you have a specific link then could you post it here.
Thanks again,
Ken |

If you follow the chain on the website through
Mobile Navigator Version 7 Product Details -
"Please choose your product version" -
Register -
"Download & Register Now" -
"Online order - POI-Warner for MobileNavigator 7"
you arrive at this page, which lists the various compatible systems Quote: | https://sslsites.de/pocketgps.de/secure_order/shop/Bestellen_Step1.php?pid=173&lan=en |
