Hi Have noticed that my tomtom rider 2 records my top speed as well as average speed time etc, can this information be used by the police to prosecute me? and is their any way to disable this function?

Hi and welcome.
Is there anyway for them to know where you were when you did it or even when? If not, then how can they tell if you were on the road or a race track. Not that i condone speeding but the fact is how would they know you'd broken the law? |
