Please can somebody help, I have an out of warranty 720t Recently it has been playing up. I suddenly lose the route map & it reverts to the main menu pages,it then seems to flick through the pages just as if I was pressing the next page arrow.I have tried a 30 sec reset & a Restore which cleared the prob for 2weeks but its back again.
Please be aware that I am computer challenged with your reply's

Dirt between the screen and the bezel can cause this to happen. Try running the corner of a piece of paper all around between the two.
There's a picture showing this on the forum somewhere. I'll try to find it. _________________ Anita

Many thanks Anita, I'v done as suggested & carried out a demo route run & it seems to be ok at the moment. I getting bit edgey as my better half has no Idea on map reading & I have a very short memory span.A 6 week sojurn in france towing a caravan is due.
any other sugestion would be greatly appreciated Juust in case the fault rear's it head again |
