Start with the .net software which you can get from Here after that I would try downloading Home again - Mike |

What operating system on the computer?
You probably need to be logged on as an administrator account and if you are running Vista try turning off UAC.

This is incredibly dumb programming on TT's part. Bad enough that they have to use .NET, as not all Windows OS's have .NET installed. But vendors who wish to avail themselves of .Net should write their installer to check if .Net (vers 1, 2 or 3 depending which they have chosen) is present and install it if it is not. But these jokers seem to have written the INSTALLER in .NET. So if .NET is not present the installer can't run. Then in a classic coup de grace they fail the installer without an error message, so no one will be able to figure out the problem - including their own Support team (until notified by their customers via the web).
Would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic. _________________ Go Premium X / Go 1005 |
