I have both PGPS and TT Cameras.
Travelled down the M5 (south of J11) this morning and back tonight. PGPS camera database warning of the Avg speed cams. Good work.
TT database knows of only one camera position (there are 5+ each way). The roadworks have been there 2 months. Maybe in another 2 months the TT database will be updated. It looks like the roadworks will be finished sooner though.
The conclusion - subscribe TODAY to the PGPS before the price goes up tomorrow.
I receive no fee from PGPS for this advice! |

Your RDS-TMC receiver for the TomTom has nothing to do with the radio in the car, you can have the radio tuned to anything you want and the device will work (subject to signal coverage).
It is also possible to connect the receivers aerial to the cars FM aerial to boost signal reception, not difficult, if you find reception an issue then its something to consider, there are plenty of threads on the forum detailing how to do this - Mike |

I'm very glad I found this forum
I have downloaded your speed cameras. I've also found another POI file that has let me mark my favourite petrol stations. I've sorted out my handsfree volume and I will shortly have my solution to live traffic updates.
What a great site!
Thank you |

ForbiddenFruit, not sure if you've taken the plunge but I use an Asda PAYG sim, cost me 49p, GPRS data cost is 20p per Mb (plus your TT traffic subs) _________________ HTC Desire S - Vodafone
