BlackLine Announces Reorganized Senior Management Team to Drive 2009 Expansion

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire) - BlackLine GPS Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BLN) -

BlackLine GPS Corp. (the "Company" or "BlackLine") is pleased to announce a number of changes to its senior management structure as it looks towards a level of significant expansion in 2009.

Clark Swanson was elevated to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer upon completion of the Qualifying Transaction on February 25, 2009. Mr. Swanson brings a wealth of experience to the position as a result of his past experience as an executive for SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Universal Studios based White Eagle Productions. Mr. Swanson holds an MBA in finance from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business & Management.

BlackLine has promoted Kevin Meyers to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Kevin Meyers was previously the Vice President of Operations for Imaging Dynamics Corporation (TSXV: IDC) and the Vice President of Operations for BW Technologies Ltd. where he oversaw the yearly production of over $100 million in product. "Kevin's experience in negotiating supplier relationships, shipping, lean manufacturing and production processes is invaluable for a company of our size. Adding Kevin to the BlackLine management team bolsters an already second to none stable of talent" said Clark Swanson.

With the migration of Clark Swanson to the President's role, Patrick Rousseau, past President and co-founder, has decided to move on to pursue other challenges. Patrick is an entrepreneur at heart and is looking forward to a number of new potential projects. BlackLine wishes to thank Patrick for the work he has done over the past four years in taking BlackLine from a vision to a public company. Patrick will remain with the company until late May to ensure a timely transition of key relationships.
