This firm, who sell GPS and phone merchandise, are not recommended. Communication - they have never heard of the word! Bought something last Thursday - although they say they will try and send the next day - they have a let out clause that states if you have not heard about your order in five days, to recontact them as they might not have received the email. If you send them an email, to either sales, admin or customer complaints, you get a standard automated reply back basically saying leave us alone - we'll do what we want to do. I have sent about six emails asking questions of my account section that is never updated and got automated replys back only each time.
You never get a real reply and my goods just turned up out of the blue today even though they state that they will send you an email when it is despatched. And they take Paypal but don't send Recorded so are ripe for a chargeback as not received! Foolish.
They state they prefer email communication and no wonder, they can ignore that with an automated reply. I was directed to Live Care but would not find a link to it!!
All in all - not a good experience. Their prices are reasonable but customer service is non existant and communication is not a word they have heard of!

A quick Google shows they have a bit of a bad rep. Although one person said ringing them got results.

Wish I had read the 12 pages of complaints about this so called company on Pricerunner before I ordered my goods.
Leave well alone! And I only live the other side of the harbour from them so might pay the address a visit.

Just to update the thread, received the item on 25th Feb although the guy claims he sent it on the 20th! He is in Portsmouth and I am in Gosport (3 miles as the crow flies!).
He also emailed me to say it had been dispatched and got that yesterday.

I had to report this firm to Paypal before I got my order. Forget them. |
