Hello!

I am getting No Disk error like this with my TomTom go 520.

Does anyone know how i can fix this?

I am running Dell Dimension 5150 XP SP3. TomTom Home is the latest version. It is driving me crazy although it doesnt seem to have any affect on the PC or TomTom.

Useful things to let us know....
When exactly do you get the message? when you first connect the Go to the PC, or when Home starts up?

If you connect to the PC and shut down Home, do you still get the message when you try to access the TomTom with Windows Explorer? (Windows Explorer should recognise the TomTom as two new disk drives).

I have just done a Google search for "Exception processing Message c0000013".

The first two "hits" both have good explanations for why it might be happening.

By a complete coincidence, I came across TomTom's OWN help-page about this issue.

...Same advice as one of the links I showed above... Either update the drivers, change your antivirus, or change the drive letters.

Hello!

Thank you Andy for your reply. None of the fixes worked so i disabled the error message for now.

I dont have AVG or Hp computer. I uninstalled Quicktime. I reinstalled TomTom Home. I changed several times the drive letter. I have bookmarked those pages and i will try again someday. Now i just want to enjoy using my TomTom. Very Happy

regards,
