|
|
Navman has come over all romantic using Navpix to guide you to the UK's most romantic hot spots.
Using Navpix users can access an on-line album of the UK's top ten romantic locations geo-tagged and ready to navigate to.
Navman's local search service will also help you find the nearest florist and perhaps an outdoors supplier as the locations include Stonehenge in Wiltshire and Blarney Castle, Ireland. I'm sure they are romantic but they'll be darn cold too!
As the NavPix Library also allows users to share images with others around the world, Navman invites romantics to contribute from their own Valentine’s Day experience by uploading local POI images for others to navigate to next year.

It would not be so bad if the pictures came up in there correct locations and the NavPix program I have for my N20 would load them, I had to strip of the Exif info, load the files then manually add the correct Lats and Longs for each picture.
I Will try the Times Best set when I have finished correcting the Valentine set
I have loaded some of my own JPG's complete with Exif and GPS info with no trouble
Admin Edit: Images removed, maximum size is 450 pixels wide as per forum rules. |

Crikey if that is a true representation of their accuracy then I'd agree! I've had to remove your image as it exceeds our maximum width limit by quite a margin but feel free to re-post if you can shrink it to 450pix wide or less? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Yes sorry, it was pointed out that I could have linked to the image instead, hadn't thought of that!

Just been playing with the Times on Line set, they as far as I have gone, all all accurate.
Also having a ding dong or table tennis hitting the ball with Navman Customer Service, 12 e-mails so far re the valentine set |

I have now loaded all my Times on line NavPix, all in there correct locations, the only trouble I had were some strange characters in the Titles.
As far - and thats a long way, only two of the Valentine Pix were in the correct location
This one of Eilean Donan Castle would have really got me p--- off a road journey of 90 miles from its correct location through the Scotish Highlands
