In your map folder is a file called MapSettings.cfg delete this using Windows Explorer and where ever you have been that you are trying to hide will disapear along with your home location and POI warnings.
The device will create a new blank MapSettings.cfg file when you next switch it on - Mike |

But if you do this you will also delete your favorites and warnings for POI's like cameras and also some other settings. Make sure that you have a backup first. _________________ Paul |

This data is stored on the SD card so I wouldn't worry about how much space a few recent destinations consume, this will be measured in a few bytes for each one, when it gets to 48 recent destinations stored the device will start to overwrite the oldest ones anyway. - Mike |

With V7.xxx, and later software you can delete the Recent Destinations by going to Navigate to ..., Recent Destinations, and choose the Delete Button. There is a confirm delete message.
This will not then delete any other settings you have in MapSettings.cfg _________________ Richard
