iGO8 Ultra Skin 6.0.22
This skin adds extra functions to iGO8 to facilitate easier route planning and navigation.
End of Support for Ultra Skin:
Unfortunately, due to a lack of time, I've had to close the website and will no longer be able to offer any support for this project.
Many thanks to all those who have provided feedback and advice.
Regards
linknet

Great to see you back - ever since 8.3 was released I refused to use another skin other then the default: all the other skins just couldn't match up to the Ultra that I was using on iGO 8.0 :-)
I've already tried version 6 on my P550 using latest iGO 8.3 build. Works great in landscape mode: portrait mode unfortunately doesn't work and gives this error.
Failed to open file: cock_infobg1_find.bmp exting application.
The error pops up when trying to visualise the chosen route. |

Which 8.3.xxxx build are you using ?
Is your device QVGA or VGA ?

This file does not exist in 240_320 folder, but does in 320_240.
Same here on my TyTN II, and apparently, many version 5 features are missing !? |

I'm using 8.3.2.64873 on a Mio P550 that only supports 240x320 and 320x240 QVGA. |

Added New Version 6.0.1
I've released a fix for that, although only version 8.3.2.64029 dated 7th November 2008 is supported with full compatibility.

You're not wrong, I gave the reason for this on the website, but for your information here it is again:
Unfortunately some of the previous features, notably speed camera voice warnings, have not been included. This is partly due to a lack of available time but mainly to reduce complexity and simplify future maintenance.

I understand, and respect your choice ... even if speed camera warnings were THE reason why I used your nice skin |

Please make a square shape for the next event indicator like it used to be on older ultraskin type.
The round shape it's like a "nut on a wall" if you know what i mean!
And for future idea, please, can you integrate, somewhere, the date and the altitute. I think it's a very useful information. Maybe on top of the next street bar?
Thank's! Cheers! |

Yes, the speedcam voice warning is the main reason for using any skin!
I really love Linknet's UltraSkin, it was the only skin I have used with igo8.0.0
I hope u'll get time and will needed for adding this option to your skin
Cheers |
