Hi all , when trying to use my go930t uk purchased, with the rds traffic antenna (USB type) , my 930 advises rds not available/compatable with a red cross at the top right of the traffic screen. I'm in las vegas at the CES and drove 2 days ago from LA to vegas with this message. In the uk traffic all works as advertised or more or less . Like to get it working for the drive back to LA for the flight home to LHR . Any ideas ? |

The European RDS-TM receivers are different to the USA versions, they will look the same in terms of size and shape, but neither will work when outside its intended area of use, put it some where safe until you get off the plane when back in the UK as thats the first time it will work - Mike |

Just been to a Best Buy it's like Comet in the uk, and it sells for $99.99 + 6% tax which works out at £73 and it only works for 12 months! Guess we haven't got it to bad in the uk (£49.99 retail with a lifetime usage). |

Yes I have to agree with that ! However I don't believe the traffic info is any better than ours in the uk from reading the American Tomtom forums today. I've held back on my purchase, £73 is just too much for random info . |
