Hi
my 720 has been fine until today, plugged it in via usb and it doesnt give me the options to connect to my computer.
Vista says its an unknown device and didnt install succesfully, but it has been fine for ages. Tried different usb cables, tried different usb ports and still the same thing.

This happens to me from time to time. Disconnecting and prodding the reset button has always sorted it out. _________________ Anita

Reset the TomTom by proding the reset button on the underside of the device with a paperclip and re-boot the PC then try it again - Mike |

This sometimes happens to me when I have an SD card in. Remove SD card, restart TomTom. Turn off, replace card. Restart. All well. But annoying. |
