A couple of 'bugs' with the download POI data

Hi Gang, I'm new round these parts but have been using a Garmin handheld GPSr for a year or so.

I've downloaded some of the free POI files and uncovered two issues (they may already be known of course):

1) Zero size icons;
Arena_PGPSW.bmp
Plus_Markt_PGPSW.bmp
QHotels_PGPSW.bmp
Real_Ale_Brewery_PGPSW.bmp
The_Works_PGPSW.bmp
Vacation_Rental_PGPSW.bmp

2) Duplicate file names
There are two sets of files with the same name "Independent_PGPSW"
One is in FUEL and the other in PHARMACY
