Just curious if anyone has received this yet? I filled out the form about a month ago at http://www.tomtompromotion.com/fuel/ |

How did you manage to fill out the form a month ago?
The way I understand it, the promotion only applies to between day 30 and 60 after purchase. So you would have to have the device for 30 days before you can claim which would mean you would have to have purchased the device two months ago if you filled the form out over a month ago?
I tried accessing the site as soon as I got my device and I got the "Not authorised to view this page" type message.
I filled this in for my 540. Now I've to print the confirmation email and send it together with the packaging containing the promotional code, to a uk address. Then they will send me a fuel card for £30....so I'm told.
Straight forward enough process. _________________ Graeme Bennett

I kind of missed the bit about waiting 30 days. I've never come across an offer where I had to wait before I could claim it. I never got a confirmation email. Won't let me fill in the form again as I've already used the code. |

I filled out the form this morning. No email yet. If it doesn't come in 24 hours you are supposed to escalate. |

Found a link to get the email resent in the FAQs on that site. I hope they don't refuse me because I claimed too early. |

Possibly to stop people buying the unit, claiming the free fuel and then returning the unit for a refund. |

Looks like TomTom had a fault with the server. I requested a repeat email again, and got it within seconds! In the post now after applying scissors to the outer box sleeve and finding a photocopier that worked for the receipt. |

I filled in the form 10 minutes ago and had an email within a couple of minutes, perhaps I've been lucky.
The email tells me to print it out and send it with the part of the box with the code on and a copy of the receipt on to an address in Aylesbury. |

Redo it (check your junk email settings also)

The problem is that it will not allow me to re-do it, as it says that the voucher code has already been applied for. There is no problem either with my junk mail settings, as the email address is for my own personal domain name with all filters off. Again, can anyone post the link to the FAQ on this? |
