All post that has failed to be delivered is sent to Belfast where a dedicated team try to send it on its way or return it to sender, this is provided in the original stamp price so you will not incur any surcharges.
The only time you will be surcharged is when a stamp is missing or not enough postage is paid then you will charged £1.05 plus cost of missing postage.
Regards
James |

This is probably a daft question I have sent a request off previously for a sticker but not from my registered email address.
Can I therefore assume the two must match else the email will be rejected. _________________ Malcolm

So long as you provided your user-name as requested you'll get your sticker. There is a backlog as we've had Christmas and whilst I can handle most stuff when away from home-base, I can't stuff envelopes and now I'm in the US for a week so won't be able to process them until I get back.
However I don't see any email with your user-name in it? Either you forgot your user-name or I haven't received it, in either case you'd need to re-send? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Crikey! I normally endeavour to turn them around within a day or two at most, Xmas has proved exceptional with the being sent out in about two weeks You have had 'em long ago had I received your email. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Just to let you know that Darren is attending a conference in the US at the moment so there will be a delay of about a week with the next batch. _________________ Robert Brady |

If that's correct, where's mine? I requested it on 26/12/08.
Just sent in another request. |

Hi Darren,
It must still be out there in cyberspace.
If it finally arrives, hopefully you can ignore it having dealt with the second request.
Thanks, Tony |
