New Garmin voices for Nuvi's ??

Hi all,
Just a quickie, am I being rather late in seeing this or have Garmin now started adding the ability to add voices to the Nuvi ?

I saw this first:

so I added the Garmin Communicator and then I saw this:
http://www8.garmin.com/vehicles/voices/halloween.html

I couldn't see any other voices though, just that one, but I'm not sure how this communicator internet browser add on / plug in works:
http://www8.garmin.com/products/communicator/faq.jsp
Does this mean that if a site has compatable voice this communicator will 'grab' them as under browser settings and toolbars I can't see the communicator??

Any help is greatly appreciatted

...but other than the Garmin Halloween voice, all the other voices available on other sites aren't free are they ?

No they are not free, pretty much the same as a ringtone really.
