High Update (10hz or better) rate GPS ?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any high update rate (ie more than 1 per sec, ideally 10hz or better) GPS receivers ? Or even better a data logger ? But most importantly is available in the UK.

Andy, you don't mention the budget you have in mind or the application, but the SXBlue can offer 1Hz, 5Hz, 10Hz and 20Hz update rates, not cheap at around £1600 for the 20Hz model, they have recently released the SXBlue-II which also offers the same update rates with enhanced capaibility but I have no ideas on prices for that model, it might have even reduced the price of the earlier device.

very cool but way out of my budget ......

i have a 5hz device that cost me £40, so was happy paying upto £200 !! I was really looking for something like the Wintec 300 but that i can purchase in the UK..... ( http://www.maxqdata.com/MQGPS.htm link shows the device)

The TraQr is the Q1000P ....

The 5hz update is not firmware but it's done via a tool ... which can be found here http://www.qstarz.com/download.htm ... download the "test program" ... connect up via USB and then on the second tab you can set the rate between 1 & 5 Hz.
