Could somebody please do me a favour?
Seen it for £180 on eBay, and £190 on Dixons. Obv I would prefer buying from Dixons, but, well, a £10 saving is a £10 saving(!).
Basically if somebody could check this is everything it should be [accurate spec, has everything it should have etc] I will feel much better about getting it from eBay.
Many thanks!
eBay item number: 260316111465

They are an Argos type company, they have Argos tills and use Argos numbers, they may not be affiliated with Argos but they are reputable and they have 3 retail units anyway, so all should be tickety boo.
Have been to the one in Corby and Walsall, and it is all above board.
The Specs are accurate, apart from saying only Western Europe maps, but it has a remote so will be a 920, and if it isn't they will take it back.
Look here for their Web presence

The company you mention is the clearance outlets for Argos and is wholly owned by them. |

Even cheaper!
£180 all in! |
I'm sure you've noticed that this one's the Vanilla 920 without the RDS-TMC Traffic data Receiver. I don't think it was officially sold in the UK. I'd go with the 'Clearance Bargains' option. _________________ Garmin 3490 LMT

When the new maps are installed remember to back it up again. Use Windows Explorer for your backups rather than tomtom home. _________________ Paul |
