|
|
hi,
just bought nav 6 for my ipaq and on the nav 5 software you could switch the map orientation so i could look at the maps landscape so it sits on the dash better within the gps holder.
Would be grateful if somebody could tell me if there is a way of doing this, i cant believe i have upgraded and there is less function
thanks in anticipation |

The screen rotate function was removed, what you can do is rotate the screen using the PDA screen orientation settings before you launch the nav app, if your PDA is running WM2003SE of later it should have this option within the OS, if it is earlier than 2003SE you would have to look for a third party application to rotate the screen - Mike |

Start/ Settings _ System Tab then choose screen, if orientation is supported you should have an option for Portrait/ Landscape
Which iPAQ model number is it you are using? - Mike |
