At present, I have two devices, one registered to my e-mail and one to my wife's. In a fortnight we will be changing ISP, and e-mail addresses. What is the process for re-registering the sat-navs to our new addresses.
(I bet this is where I find out we should have used free hotmail addresses, which could have stayed the same with the new ISP) |

Go to the tomtom website and log in, you can then change the register email address. Gmail or hotmail will do the trick. _________________ Samsung Mega

If I've got it right, the one place you DON'T have to change anything is in "Home".
You go to the main TomTom support website, log into your account there, and then select "My TomTom"
That will give you "My Profile", where you can change email address, password, or your personal details.
Then, if you are using PLUS services, you will also need to change your e-mail address on your device. This is done as follows:
For all recent models: Select 'Change preferences” from the Main Menu and then select “Show all options”. Back in the main menu select “Edit TomTom PLUS account” and log in your account.
For all original models: Select "PLUS services" or "Download extra's" from the Main Menu and then select "Edit Service account". |
