Theoretically, if they're not delivered to the addressee, they should be returned to sender _________________ Andy

True but I didn't have a return address on the envelope. However, I've changed the design and squeezed one on just in case this happens again. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I had a look at the address label, which says www.pocketgpsworld.com and I did say "theoretically".
In order to maintain a degree of anonymity, might it be worth investing in a PO Box address for 'business' correspondence and then you could also add that to the contact details on the web site without divulging any team member's personal address.
I don't think a PO Box address is prohibitively expensive and anything addressed to the PO Box would still be delivered to your home, so you wouldn't have the inconvenience of going to collect anything.
...just a thought _________________ Andy

PO Box number and postcode might also be easier to add onto the address label than a full address _________________ Andy

Just check you wouldn't end up being charged twice for the postage, any letter without a stamp has to be collected and costs considerably more than the cost of a stamp, as the original stamp has been used for the failed delivery the postoffice could charge again for returning the envelope - Mike |

Looked at this and it's going to cost £120+ per year. Not financially justifiable. Given the few issues we have its easier to write off lost mail and re-send. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Somewhere in the back of my mind, I still believed a PO box was a real box kept at the Sorting Office, that you came and rummaged through! |

PO Boxes are address where you can have the mail kept at the sorting office or delivered to an address.
