Hope someone with a 720 can help- except for a few blips everything works well and navigation is great. But now the map keeps changing to the main menu or traffic menu if the traffic receiver is connected. Its as though the screen has been touched and this keeps repeating every few seconds after going back to the map. I've tried changing map display change from never to above a certain speed, 2D instead of 3D, soft reset, and so on but with no effect.

This issue is normally due to debris getting between the bezel and the touch screen, try running a piece of paper around the edge of the screen to remove any trapped dirt, scroll down to the post in This Thread where DennisN shows what to do - Mike

Thanks for the tip - I hadn't considered that there was a gap there. There appeared to be a thin dark material in the bottom but it wouldn't come out with the card. In case it was something from the inside coming out I used the card to push it back to the edge of the screen so it wasn't trapped and the map display stayed on for a while then went back to continually switching to menu. I also went back to default settings but with no success. I'm leaving it on in the charging cradle to see if it will stay on without any pressures applied.
