There's a petrol station near me that's been demolished, how do i delete the POI. |

Which POI? TomTom built in of PGPSW?

I could be wrong as I dont use MapShare ( or tomtom poi`s ), but cant you delete a tomtom POI through that ?

Yes you can.
Either:
1. Main menu page 2 / Browse map / Tap on POI on screen to select it / Tap cursor button / Correct location / Edit POI / Delete POI
or:
2. Main menu page 2 (on mine) / Map corrections / Correct a map error / Edit POI / Choose proximity / Choose category / Choose POI / tick Delete POI
Assuming you have joined MapShare, you are then asked if you want to share the correction.
Its pretty confusing that now you can edit both user POIs AND the built-in POIs, but you have to use a button labelled "Edit POI" in two completely different places! (For user-POIs it is Change preferences / Manage POIs / Delete POI / Choose proximity / Choose category / Choose POI from list / confirm). |

Sorry forgot to say it was a TomTom built in poi
it's Texaco petrol station on A586 garstang rd east Poulton-le-fylde, it now gone
I did as you said,it's really easy when you know how.
