Error in the previous database: 43mph zones

I haven't had the chance to test the database issued today, but the previous UK speedzoned one was giving '43mph' mobile camera alerts in 70mph zones on the A13 and M25.

The locations appeared correct, just something gone wrong with the speed data!

Do you use a Garmin device? if so reload your POI files with POILoader set the MPH rather than the default KPH setting, it is easy to miss but does cause the sort of thing you are describing - Mike

I'm 99.9% certain it was set to mph as it remembers my settings when I upload and is always set to imperial, but I'll double-check when I upload this one this evening.

43MPH = 70 KPH so you have incorrectly specified Metric instead of Imperial in POILoader.

Hmmm - wonder why it would have switched? Anyway, it does seem the most likely explanation so will check tonight and give it a kick! :-)

I did upgrade to a larger hard drive, but that was done as a disk image so it shouldn't have changed anything, but who knows with Windows ... !
