My Dad has a Rover 75 2003 model, and it has a built in sat nav and tv. The sat nav is E46 Sat Nav, he wanted to know if he could upgrade his sat nav to have speed camera's on it and if so how do i go about getting it for him? Cheers Kay x |

Sorry, the system fitted does not support custom POIs of any form. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Darren, It does if you have the BMW Highline system fitted and the 2007/2008 Disc. _________________ Graham.

The 75's are a BMW design they even use the M47 BMW engine in the diesel variants. The Highline unit has the Sat Nav screen incorporated in the Radio control panel, the actual radio which also has TV is in the boot. All the essential boxes are located in the Boot, i.e. sat nav CD/DVD player CD Multi changer Radio etc.
All of which are BMW units as are most of the rest of the electrics and onboard computers. _________________ Graham.

I was about to say 'Great I'll add it to the compatibility table then' but have just noticed Rover is already there! Sorry guys
It's only Pimp-My-Nav supported though but better than nothing I guess? _________________ Darren Griffin |
