hello had my 910 from day one now starting to have problems ..ask me to connect to pc in my car dock!! /map stop moving had to soft reset /computer voice only works 9 out of 10 destinations any thoughts thanks |

Probably the mount, but it could be the connector on the device that is failing, unless it is less than 2 years old this could be a costly repair, remember the x10 units had a two year warranty unlike the more modern devices - Mike |

when i purchased it from pc world i took out an insurance of a couple of quid a month ,they said this would enable me to have a replacement at any time ,i wonder if they will hounour this ,also would they stock the 910 now |

I doubt very much they will have the 910 still stocked, but dig out your paperwork and go to the store, you might be able to get a 930 as a replacement which is far better device (except you don't get the 20GB drive in these newer units, but you can fit a large SDHC card for music storage if need be) - Mike |
