Is map share working? I have tried to download mapshare updates last night (Sat) and this morning on all 3 of my boxes ..... nothing.... just the fix. _________________ GO 750 LIVE v9.430 - v8.753612 EU map

Same here, I connected to home twice yesterday and again this morning and received no map share updates just quickfix. Would usually have had one, seem to get one on every connection. |

Likewise, I was offered only the Quickfix update yesterday. I unchecked the mapshare update on friday as I did not have time for the interminable download/prepare/install process, so I wonder if that had any effect? |

Looks like it down... Wouldn't it be nice / helpful if TT were to just put a note to the effect somewhere. I think its called customer service... If they gave a gold for customers off TT would get it every time, no one is in their league, not even close. _________________ GO 750 LIVE v9.430 - v8.753612 EU map

It would appear that you have not had any experience of other SatNav manufacturers then Do ANY of the others give the support that TT do?

I have had dealings with Garmin in the past, no problems there. Customer service is the main area that TT havent a clue about. _________________ GO 750 LIVE v9.430 - v8.753612 EU map
