TomTom Traffic now appears on the main TomTom product page.

The plug-in has been updated since the first one appeared on the "hidden" site a few weeks ago |

Well it does seem to be back up and running, with I think more information than was on last time we all 'jumped' on the site!
As I already have the last download on my ipaq, shall I just follow the install as before....guinea pig springs to mind

Yes please Richard!
I still have TTNav 3.02T (421) on my PDA, since Wednesday 12th May 2004, and that version takes ages to start up.
Could you (or anybody else who has done it) please report back on what the TTNav Traffic version number is, and how long it takes to start?
Many thanks, _________________ Robert.

Just registered and installed. Fairly straightforward, though I had the GPRS settings on my PPC already (it was a nightmare getting my PPC to connect via GPRS when I first tried it earlier in the year). The version I downloaded today (25 may, 11:30) is 3.02T (422) the download is 5.94MB. TomTom now takes approx 15-20 seconds to start. It originally took around 10 secs.

Many thanks Dr V!
I'll have a go at down loading it today.
BTW I agree that the setting up of GPRS was a nightmare! 8O

It took me 3 days to set up GPRS !
One word of warning though. On my first trip (just a dummy, didn't go anywhere) the data counter in TomTom said that the downloaded data was 4K. However the counter on my Nokky 6600 says 11K. Not sure which to believe.

This time I think we can safely say that Traffic is released. It appears straight away when you log into My TomTom on the support site, so there's no need to use any URLs you've acquired from anywhere - just go to the TomTom site and it's there, ready for people to subscribe for their trial period.

I have been able to activate my account and download the update.
The update is now showing on TOMTOM's Products Page with a direct link to the activation system.
