Hi - I am sure that the answer to my question will be somewhere in a 'sticky' FAQ but find it I cannot so can someone help, please?
When I download and install the latest speed camera database for my Garmin 350 (using the Garmin POI Loader software), do I have to delete or remove the old database? I haven't been doing and all seems okay but I'd like to be sure. _________________ Steve |

Welcome to the forum Steve, When you update the Garmin device using POILoader it will overwrite the existing POI files with the new data so there is no need to delete anything first - Mike |

Remember it will also overwrite any OTHER pois you've added too.
So you have to keep all the ones you want together in a folder on the PC and upload them to the unit all in one go. |

Oh dear! That explains why my nature reserves have disappeared then.
Thanks very much for the information. I'll get there in the end. _________________ Steve |
