Hi all,
Im looking for a 3rd part app that can at certain intervals send the GPS location (long and lat) via bluetooth to the mobile phone and use the data service on the mobile to upload the location info to a webserver which in turn someone can get the long and lat and put it into google earth or what and find out the location of the tomtom at the time of update.
Im guessing its something like TomTomWork, was wondering if anyone knew of anything like this? Thanks all.

What about TomTom "Buddies"?
Don't know anything about it myself, but might get similar results.... |

Buddies is kind of the thing im after, but instead of updating on your 'buddies' tomtom, it updates on a webserver. So family/friends etc could find out where you was. Basicly im looking for an alternative to TomTom Work I guess you could say! |

This is for a GPS enabled pocket PC or mobile phone paired to a bluetooth GPS receiver. It offers a similar free service to what you are looking for if your PPC/phone has an internet conection. Check the FAQ for PPC/mobile phone compatibility. Worth considering if this is important to you.
