Ever since i upgraded a couple of weeks ago through TT Home I now have a box on my main navigation screen and when I touch it it says that I should tune my radio to 107.00 FM - Is there anyway I can get rid of this? |

Go to change preferences/ Speaker Prefrences and make sure both options are set to use anything other than FM Tx (you get the second option page after selecting the first one). - Mike |

John,
This box is shown because the FM transmitter is selected as the output for the TomTom voice and/or music.
To change this click on change preferences, go to preferences screen 6, select speaker preferences and make sure "FM to your car radio" is NOT selected on either the "Play instructions...." or "Play music...." screens. Normal selection will be "Internal speaker".
When you return to the dierctions screen the box should have disappeared.
Hope this helps. _________________ Steveee

You can also check the settings for the "Quickmenu" in 'Change preferences'..
If more than one thing is selected there, you get a green curved arrow icon on the normal navigation screen, which takes you to a new menu page with just the items you've chosen.
But if only one item is selected, you get that function's icon on screen instead.
Select none of them and the icon should disappear. |
