Of course you could have walked. It would have got you away from that computer for 15 minutes, and you could have stopped for something stronger than an apple juice! Wink

What we really need here is some photos of your cars with stickers affixed? I'll start the ball rolling, here's mine:

Got home today and mine was laying on the door floor waiting for me. In fact, 2 stickers, one large and one small... excellent Very Happy

Now all I need is my car back from the garage so I have something I CAN STICK THEM ON!!!!

Anyone figured out what the handy nudge nudge wink wink call sign is yet for when we spot a fellow Pocket GPS Worrld user with a sticker on board ? Laughing

Yes, Wiz, that's me taking the pic. Laughing

I didn't notice till I downloaded the photos, and then I did think maybe I'd wait for a cloudy day and try again, but to be honest I couldn't be bothered, and I didn't think anyone would notice. Evil or Very Mad

I have to admit, after seeing the photo of Darren's nice shiny car I did use a cloth to wipe the dust off the boot first!

That was pure luck, a guy at the shopping mall we'd just returned from had cleaned it and done a fab job! It's normally dirty Rolling Eyes

Folks, I have to confess that despite my best intentions, I failed miserably to affix a sticker to anything of Corfu identity. This was not from lack of intention, but due to a minor Baileys contretemps.

As a poor flyer, I need a little assistance to get onto the plane. In the past it was relatively easy - take a few miniatures into the departure lounge and scoff them in a toilet cubicle at exactly the right time before boarding to take effect. Since the terrorism business, I can only get something once inside Departures. So I duly purchased a 75cl bottle of Baileys, at the appropriate time went off to the boys' room to quaff some in secret, came out and sat to wait for the call. After a few moments, I felt it necessary to slightly top it up and did so by opening the bottle in its brown bag to pour some into my paper cup.

Worked a treat and the flight passed without problem. On arrival at our studio, I went to unpack my small hand baggage rucsac, only to discover that the bottle had not been properly closed, so almost everything therein had become reasonably well glazed by Baileys. Most articles washed off (although my Greek dictionary looks a bit drunk), but the two pgpsw camera stickers I had taken for the purpose of a nefarious deed sadly did not survive.

So, folks, take this as a suitable warning not to try coating the new stickers with Baileys.

And, by the way, when I went to repeat the treatment before checking in for the homeward flight, I discovered that the glazing process had left a mere teaspoonful in the bottle. Disappointing. Crying or Very sad

Edited to correct my French - doing Greek for a fortnight has rusted my Gallic whatsit!
