| Backed did an update now it wont show western europe maps at all ,looks like there are files missing in the maps how can i get these back please |

Have you tried to restore your backup? Did you delete any files from the map directory? What version were/are you running? What maps are you offered under 'Manage maps'?

| It wont restore for some reason and also it only gives me central america map as an option.. |

If you ccess the device using Windows Explorer, can you see the Western and Central Europe directory? If so, can you list the files in it?
