Silent voice

Is there a silent voice I can use, for when I want to just have directions on the screen and the speed alerts clearly audible? I could then just switch to Jane when I want to hear the directions.

I know I've got into trouble already once today, for saying "try the 'search' button"
But it really is easy to type "silent voice" into search, select the TomTom forum and "search for ALL terms".

Also you don't say what model you're using. On the x20 and x30's you can just "disable voice" and the alerts still sound.

Last time I connected to TomTom HOME, and looked at the free voices, I'm sure I saw one there.

You're right. In fact there are two!
They don't come up under the default view of only "recommended items", but if you type "silent" in the search box (here we go again! Laughing

), they appear.
