Hi eddie101,
Whilst it's not specifically motorcycle, if you have a look at the free to download POIs, here, you'll see the following category and sub-categories:
Car Parts Supplier
Kwik-Fit
Tyre & Exhaust
Would they help?

I was looking for the same thing a while back.
I have added 3-4 to the POI mentioned and put in the 'comments' that it is for motorbikes.
I suppose realistically they need their own POI, most of them are small or local independents rather than the National KwikFits and the like.
Would need bikers from all over to do their bit mind to make it worthwhile, same as the 'biker friendly' pubs and cafes. Not many in there last time I looked. _________________ Triumph Tbird 1700. And now a Bonnie T100. |

have just submitted a correction for SMD Tyres in Leigh as the phone number wasn't current. Have added a note to say they do motorbike tyres (I've used them a couple of times). Hopefully the edit will be approved and in the future someone will build a POI file specifically for motorbike tyre suppliers/fitters. |

That would be really good. Let's hope there's potential to do this.
Thanks for the suggestion of the above, but only about 1% of car tyre dealers will handle motorbike tyres. You need considerably more training to take a motorcycle wheel off compared with a car wheel, as it requires disengaging the final drive and the braking systems. |
