Garmin XT and Fodor POIs

I am running Garmin XT on my S60 phone with a built-in GPS. I just bought the Fodor POIs, but not sure if it is instlaled correctly? Is it correct that if I copied the gpi file to the POI folder, then the software will read that along with any other gpi files in that folder? Right now, I have two of them, the Fodor one, and the poi.gpi created by the poiloader. Is there any software out there that can convert gpi files back to crv files?

You treat them like any other POI and use POILoader to load them.

Are all the Custom POIs supposed to show up as icons on the map after you load them? My XT doesn't display any of them even though they are installed.......
